Pokeballs Galore (36 sec):
A brief segment shows multiple Pokeballs raining down and bouncing around. If Pokeballs act in SSB Melee the same as they did in Super Smash Bros. for the N64, it looks like things could get very wild.
Octorok Kickin' (37 sec)
We don't know enough to say for certain, but we're guessing the Octoroks may be part of a bonus stage, as well as the ReDead found in {another video}.
Hookshot used on DK (38 sec)
Also shown 1m 37s into supersmashcube.mov
Sheik playing "Dodge the car" (46 sec)
No, Dodge the car isn't the official name that we know of. Conrad made it up but that is supposedly the objective.
Sheik climbs, then kicks (closeup) (47 sec)
Sheik headbutts, then kicks (far out) (47 sec)

Title Screen (0 sec)
Link's Sword says "Hello" (17 sec)
Where there's a Master Sword... (18 sec)
Title re-showing (19 sec)
Mr. Big Ears (19 sec)
Link's Past (33sec)
Various shots of link appear in front of this left-scrolling background
3 Hands
It looks like that middle hand, wider-looking than the one reaching left, may be Ganondorf's. Will the King of the Gerudo show up in this game? Each hand has the symbol of the Triforce on it, but each hand has a different piece of the Triforce glowing.
The dart toss (50 sec)
[Pic]: Sheik tosses darts.     \

/
Notes on above picturesNotice in the first picture, two prongs are seen sticking out of Sheik's hand. These are likely the same prongs as the three shown in Sheik's illustration in smash_long_export.mov. Perhaps those are the darks being shot, but altogether there are five darts are shown/shot. The inconsistancy of all these numbers can't be accounted for at this time.
Detailed Sword (50 sec)
The design of this sword is clearly that from Ocarina of Time. The Triforce logo isn't really visible when watching the movies because of Link's high speed as he swings the sword.
Zelda's Face in Space
If you don't yet know that there's a connection between Sheik and Princess Zelda, this movie pretty well gives it away. That's a harp in Sheik's hand.
Review: Shows a good intro-movie for the game. 10 seconds of footage comes at the end.

Review: The last 10 seconds shown in supersmashcube.mov, by itself, except it has the IGN logo added in one lower corner and IGN's URL added to another. Some of this 10 seconds is also seen 33 to 39 seconds into Ninendo's sizzle_export.mov although the scenes are longer in this 10-second movie.

Spin Attack (17 sec)
Link's Ariel Spin Attack looks fairly improved. From this shot, his helecopering technique propells his feet to have way through the ice dome above.
Review: Under 20 seconds and without sound, the tape shows only part of the screen at any one time. Link does fairly well.

Coin Mode
That's our hero on the far right of the screen.
Review: The tape only shows part of the screen at any one time. Our poor, no, unfortunate rather, hero gets egged, rich, and then beaten. He doesn't do notably worse than the others, though. This appears to be a demonstration of the rule for battle called "Coin", which probably means there are infinite lives and the only goal is the be the one to capture the most coins. (A coin-penalty from dying would make a lot of sense.) The coins appear to burst out of the impact that results everytime one character hits another, although it's difficult to tell for sure.

Also from that page: Smaller Version
Koopa Racing (4 sec)
This looks like it's probably a bonus stage. The bricks to the right look like a row of bricks (in the moving video) quite remeniscent of the first Super Mario Bros. game.
Growing High (6 sec)
What is Mario doing on top of the castle? Conrad's guess: A victory pose after completing a bonus stage.
Cape Attack (8 sec)
Mario's Cape Attack from Super Mario World for the Super NES makes a return.
Fireballing Platforms
This looks like it could be an aiming challenge, quite similar to the "Break The Targets" bonus levels from the N64's Super Smash Bros.
Cape Attack (8 sec)
Mario's Cape Attack from Super Mario World for the Super NES makes a return.
Peach goes Kapow (16 sec)
Here we see Princess Peach about to smask a Redead with a frying pan. Note that Redead are enemies from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, and Princess Peach is from the Super Mario Bros. universe.
Clipped Leg (17 sec)
Even the Game Cube appears to not be impervious to "clipping" errors (often called "polygon errors") that plagued many N64 games. In here, Princess Peach turns around rapidly and her leg sticks out of her dress even though the dress lacks a slit. One frame later the leg is even further out, and the next frame of the video the entire leg is hidden behind the dress again.

(For the record, the person who pointed this out to Conrad was female.)

4 Pink Kirby's (30 sec)
Four Kirby's, all the same color, fighting each other. The one of the left manages to kick all three of the other Kirby's.
Kong vs. King Koopa (36 sec)
Looks like Bowser, Evil King of the Koopas, is a playable character. With Ganondorf's hand in the title screen, it wouldn't be surprising if he makes an appearance as a character who fights, even if he's nothing more than a mini-boss for Link and Sheik to fight.
4 Ness's (46 sec)
4 copies of Ness appearing to each control one of four remote-controlled projectiles. Looks like Bowser, Evil King of the Koopas, is a playable character. With Ganondorf's hand in the title screen, it wouldn't be surprising if he makes an appearance as a character who fights, even if he's nothing more than a mini-boss for Link and Sheik to fight.
4 Foxes (1 min 10 sec)
Here we see 4 Foxes all riding the same ship and all firing simultaneously.
2 Pikachus (1 min 26 sec)
Two Pikachus both rapidly attacking one unfortunate Captain Falcon.
2 Pikachus #2 (1 min 26 sec)
Two Pikachus staring at each other, apparently in a friendly manner.
Bow & Arrow (1 min 33 sec)
Hookshot (1 min 33 sec)
In another video it looks like it acts just like it does in the N64's Super Smash Bros, but here you see that if it misses, it drops as it retracts.
Boomerang (1 min 35 sec)
Link throws a boomerang by the turtle from Majora's Mask who has swam from Zora Cape to the Great Bay Coast. The turtle with palm trees in the background is also seen from a different angle in ssbhook.mov.
Climbing by hopping (1 min 36 sec)
Link quickly hops from ledge to ledge up the inside of this castle wall. This is probably a bonus stage.
Link vs 3 Redead (1 min 36 sec)
Sheik (1 min 40 sec)
There are three claws/darts/somethings at the end of her left hand.
Dart Toss (1 min 42 sec)
The dart toss is blurrying fast, but the end result is there's at least 4 darts thrown. There are three claws/darts/somethings at the end of her left hand.
Whip (1 min 42 sec)
Sheik's whip makes short use of projectiles. Samus and Mario both attack Sheik twice, meaning this movie clip was probably either meant as a demonstration of the whip, or perhaps one of Sheik's bonus stages is to defend herself against an onslaught of projectiles.

Link and Sheik standing back to back. The camera rotates around these two.
Climbers Climbing (1 min 50 sec)
If there were enemies and moving platforms we'd just about have the full Ice Climbers arcade in this "mini-game"
Walking Down Stairs (Ice Climbers) (1 min 53 sec)
Another movie shows someone else walking down these exact same stairs. I'll find it.
Hitting Seals (1 min 54 sec)
The blue Ice Climber knocks a seal off of a bridge (somewhat similar to Peach fry-panning a Redead off of a Castle).
High Five (1 min 55 sec)
The Ice Climbers hit each other's mallots very friendly-like. The conditions to cause this may be similar to Mario growing on top of his castle or the conditions of Link and Sheik standing/posing back to back.
Review: Shows capabilities of a number of characters. Link's bow & arrow, hookshot, and boomerang is spotted. Sheiks blow-gun/darts and whip. ReDead (Link.) ReDead getting hit with frying pan by peach (16sec).

Review: Almost identical to E3.Nintendo.Com's smash_long_export.mov, except that this video is of a camera shooting a TV which is much less quality than E3.Nintendo.Com's direct feed smash_long_export.mov. This one doesn't have E3.Nintendo.Com over it's images, but rather IGN's logos. The only thing lacking from E3.Nintendo.Com's version is the screenshot at the very end of the movie.

Q: I've seen Zelda in the intro sequence, and her face in a screenshot where Sheik was playing. Are we going to be able to play as Zelda (dressed in a princess-like costume) in addition to Sheik (who, according to Ocarina of Time, is Zelda)? A: On May 16, IGN listed as "concrete facts about the game courtesy of Nintendo" that you could play as "Link, [...], Sheik, [...], Princess Zelda, [...], Princess Peach and more." The screenshot mentioned with Zelda's face while Sheik is in action, is puzzling. It's not the only sighting of this, either. An image from supersmashcube.mov (1m39s into it) appears to also show this, although with Peach in the action scene it is less clear which Princess the feminine face goes to. Very possible the answer lies in another one of the "concrete facts [...by] Nintendo" listed on the same page: "Unlock hidden modes and characters." Screenshot from IGNCube (Image 3).

Q: What was with that screenshot with multiple copies of the same character (all the same color?) (To see what this is referring to, check out the following table:)
Yoshi Stampede (40 sec into supersmashcube.mov)
Ice Climbers (44 sec into supersmashcube.mov)
A: I don't know. Super Smash Bros. had a Team Yoshi and there is a movie of Samus fighting a Team DK, but the duplicate characters on such teams are different colors. It could be that there is a power-up that allows 4 times the damange (which seems to make the most sense based on the multiple-Kirby example), or it could be something special for bonus stages (such as the Ice Climber example), or it could be just some FMV (which the StarFox example makes it seem most likely to be). Note that with the Ice Climbers, there are actually two different people which in the original game were identical except for the color of their clothes.

Q: Do we know who any of the secret characters are? A: If we did, they wouldn't be very secret now would they? I haven't seen Luigi anywhere, but surely he'd be fairly easy to add (since Mario is in the game) and fans would miss him if he were a no-show. Luigi was a "secret character" in the N64 Super Smash Bros. (although you played against him in every single player game if you only got far enough.)

Q: Do characters have new moves from the N64 version? A: Yes. Link still has his Spin Attack, hookshot and boomerang. He also has a bow and arrow. We've seen Samus Spin Jump, set bombs, shoot shoot power shots and also shoot missiles. With Mario we haven't seen him do a Tornado Spin (that I know of), but he can jump/punch like the N64 version, shoot fireballs, and in this game he also has a Spin Attack which attacks with his cape, straight from Super Mario World (for the 16-bit Super NES). Also, check out this screenshot (from IGN) which shows Mario in an odd position. Perhaps he's being knocked over, or perhaps he's doing some fancy ducking in what looks like it may be a low-gravity environment. (This last part is speculation.)

Q: How good are the screenshots that I can download in addition to the movies? How do they compare? A: See for yourself.
From IGN's movieScreenshot from IGNMovie's shot stretched horizontally
Princess Zelda's hair is a bit blurrier, and Link's eyes a different colour in the movie, but the quality is fairly close.
